- Emma T Review added: 2018.03.25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. Extra charges keeps appearing on my invoices that we are forced to pay via direct debit. Even though I have complained many times that they are not collecting the waste they are collecting the money for it. This month the bill has actually doubled. The countless phone calling and emailing is eating away my energy. I have so many regrets about this company.
They claim the drivers are unable to gain access which is absurd (I had to call to find this out as we are never informed) We were again charged extra because apparently they can't tell which bins they have lifted. I could go on... like how they thought it'd be a good idea to give us smelly, old, dirty bins with cracks on the bottom which took months to replace because they kept delaying it. Customer service is not helpful and often rude.
